Job Description
Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring Italian speakers for an airline company based in Greece. You will manage customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone and email. You will provide info on baggage policies and resolve complaints. This role requires relocation to Greece, with a full relocation package provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries regarding flight bookings and changes
- Provide info on flights and baggage policies
- Assist with reservation modifications and check-in support
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Document interactions in CRM system
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
