Operations Manager - Oman

DNV Inspection in Oman is seeking for an Operations Manager who is accountable for full P&L management, business growth, client engagement, operational delivery, and In-Country Value (ICV) performance. The role is focused on onshore Oil & Gas, gas processing, LNG-related infrastructure, and EPC-led projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. P&L Ownership & Financial Performance: Hold full P&L accountability for DNV Inspection operations in Oman. 2. Business Development & Client Focus: Own and execute the country growth strategy focusing on NOCs and government entities. 3. ICV & Omanisation: Take direct ownership of ICV and Omanisation performance. 4. Key Account Management: Act as the primary interface for key clients. 5. Operational Delivery: Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of inspection services. 6. Local Leadership: Provide leadership to the Oman organization and develop Omani talent. 7. Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with DNV ethics and Omani regulations. 8. Regional Collaboration: Work with Middle East Area Manager and other Operations Managers.
