Job Description
As a Trainee Accountant at Alkazim Chartered Accountants, you will embark on a practical training journey aligned with ACCA’s Practical Experience Requirements (PER). This role is designed to provide exposure to key accounting, auditing, and financial processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will build core skills and competencies necessary for a career in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements
- Participate in audits and perform substantive testing
- Evaluate internal controls and conduct risk assessments
- Perform financial analyses and create trend reports
- Participate in client meetings and foster relationships
- Organize financial records and use accounting software
Qualifications
- Must be actively pursuing ACCA or a similar accounting qualification
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
