Senior Manager, Operations
Job Description
Responsible for designing and scaling the end-to-end operational backbone of the B2B marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of business, supply chain, customer experience, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end operational workflows across the order lifecycle
- Design processes for B2B-specific use cases (bulk orders, RFQs, credit customers)
- Collaborate with Product, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Define and track core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, cancellations)
- Identify bottlenecks and cost leakages to drive process improvements
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or marketplace businesses
- Experience managing complex order flows
