Fire Control Room Officer - Crowne Plaza resort Petra
Job Description
Monitor life safety, building, and guest room management systems, responding promptly to alarms and emergency situations, and coordinating with concerned departments in line with hotel safety standards and emergency procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the Fire Alarm System
- Operate and monitor the Guest Room Management System (GRMS)
- Monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
- Receive and handle emergency phone calls
- Coordinate with Engineering and Security in the event of alarms
- Log and record all alarms and incidents
