Manager, Sales and Customer Service
Job Description
The Manager, Sales & Customer Service ensures that the very best of Macy's is always on display. They lead initiatives to increase shopper loyalty while upholding Macy’s standards for customer service in Albany.
Responsibilities
- Build a productive, enthusiastic team to engage with customers
- Exceed sales goals by leading Macy's initiatives through coaching
- Review and utilize Sales and Star Rewards data
- Manage selling support activities including stockroom and merchandising
- Interview, hire, train, and coordinate direct and indirect reports
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
