Job Description
As Chief Legal Officer, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, ensuring legal soundness across multiple jurisdictions while enabling sustainable business growth. You will oversee complex regulatory frameworks, intellectual property protection, corporate governance, and risk management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive legal strategy aligned with business objectives
- Ensure full compliance with international laws and corporate governance standards
- Oversee the creation, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
- Lead intellectual property protection strategies
- Supervise litigation processes and disputes
- Support corporate structuring initiatives and expansion into new markets
- Oversee financial reporting compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer, VP Legal, or equivalent senior legal leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level or bilingual)
- Deep expertise across business law, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory compliance frameworks
- Technological aptitude, including familiarity with financial systems and ERP platforms
