Manager Logistics Performance
Job Description
Role Purpose: The Logistics Performance Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving end-to-end logistics performance. The role focuses on time-based KPIs, supply efficiency, rider productivity, and overall customer experience, translating complex data into actionable insights and performance-driven initiatives across riders, vendors, systems, and external factors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report logistics performance metrics with primary focus on On-time %, OOT, lateness %, failure rate, UTR, stacking %, EPH
- Establish and maintain performance baselines, trends, and early-warning indicators
- Own daily and weekly logistics performance dashboards
- Diagnose performance movements through end-to-end analysis across the logistics ecosystem
- Lead and manage performance-driven initiatives aimed at improving staffing efficiency and supply utilization
- Partner closely with Planning to forecast demand and optimize fleet utilization
- Analyze rider supply behavior and design rider incentive mechanisms
- Act as primary POC for regional CX initiatives and Shared Service Center performance topics
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect data to business outcomes
- Deep understanding of last-mile logistics KPIs and supply-demand dynamics
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to data accuracy, governance, and metric consistency
