Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store 'tMart'. Supporting the operations manager with full operations end to end.
Responsibilities
- Support the operations manager with inventory and property management
- Lead store operations team members
- Review KPIs and conduct daily calls
- Conduct weekly store visits and shop floor audits
- Monitor inventory management processes
- Track order fulfillment and staff availability
Qualifications
- Fluent English language speaker
- Excel skills
