Job Description
An Emiratization Manager / Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the number of UAE Nationals in a company's workforce through recruitment, development, and retention programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide Emiratization strategy
- Source, attract, and hire Emirati talent
- Implement and manage development programs and internships
- Partner with government bodies and senior leadership
- Track sourcing metrics and analyze data
- Represent the organization at career fairs
Qualifications
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree, preference for Master's degree in HR or Business
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in HR
- 3-8 years in a leadership or strategic role related to nationalization programs
