Job Description
Hagerty is looking for a Scrum Master to act as a delivery leader enabling effective execution and collaboration within a value stream. This role focuses on facilitating team effectiveness, improving flow, and fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team-level planning
- Coach teams on backlog readiness and estimation
- Promote transparency into delivery progress using Azure DevOps
- Foster a safe environment for experimentation and learning
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align practices
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in software delivery
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience working in complex or enterprise environments
