Job Description
Provide linguist support for military operations including interpretation during interviews and meetings. Transcribe and analyze verbal communications and foreign language documents.
Responsibilities
- Interpret during interviews, meetings, and conferences
- Transcribe and analyze verbal communications
- Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents
- Supply translation and interpretation services for Malayalam
Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Excellent command of Malayalam & English verbal skills
- Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) proficiency level 3 in Malayalam and 2+ in English
- Current U.S. passport
- Willing to obtain/maintain an active Secret clearance
