Fleet & Logistics Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet & Transportation Manager to join our leadership team and take full responsibility for managing and optimizing our truck and tipper fleet. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity and achieving the highest standards of efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily fleet operations
- Monitor and manage operating expenses and implement fuel optimization strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze fleet tracking systems and operational data to improve uptime
- Lead and develop operational supervisors, maintenance teams, and drivers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet and transportation management
- Direct experience managing tippers and heavy equipment fleets (Strong preference)
