Operations Executive
Job Description
Operations Executive to manage daily cleaning and facility management operations. The role involves supervising blue-collar staff, coordinating site activities, and ensuring quality service delivery across assigned locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day cleaning and FM operations
- Deploy and monitor blue-collar workforce at sites
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and service quality
- Conduct site inspections and handle client requirements
- Prepare basic operational reports and documentation
- Coordinate with HR and management for manpower and operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cleaning/facility management industry in the UAE – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience managing blue-collar staff – Mandatory
- Graduate in Business Administration or related field
- Hindi speaking – Mandatory
- Willing to travel between sites
