Senior Finance Analyst
Job Description
NeoGenomics is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position responsible for owning Commercial OpEx as well as supporting business partners in relation to cost management providing timely and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple cost centers from an OpEx perspective ensuring teams come in at or below budget
- Provide analytical findings on a periodic basis to business partners and leaders
- Utilize Excel and Tableau to analyze and manipulate complex datasets
- Provide Ad Hoc analytical support and data analysis as needed
- Own OpEx annual AOP and 5-year strategic planning projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year university
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in FP&A support with commercial support experience a plus
- Highly proficient in Excel with a knowledge of data manipulation and model building
- Proficient in Tableau would be a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
