Job Description
Presales Group Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Presales team, ensuring high-quality technical and sales support for channel partners and key members of the sales organization. Role for Saudi nationals only.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Presales team.
- Set team goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical or presales challenges.
- Oversee execution of POCs, ensuring technical excellence.
- Work closely with territory channel teams to address knowledge gaps.
- Represent the company’s brand at conferences and partner meetings.
