Internal Communications Program Manager
Job Description
Two Chairs is seeking an Internal Communications Program Manager to manage the execution of communication strategy through various channels like Slack, email, and All Hands meetings. The manager will write content, coordinate logistics for company meetings, manage internal channels, and track engagement metrics. This role requires 5+ years of experience and is remote-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce internal communications (newsletters, announcements)
- Manage regular communication cadences and consistent voice
- Draft executive communications and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for All Hands meetings
- Maintain internal communication channels (Slack, email, intranet)
- Monitor channel performance and engagement metrics
- Partner with DEIB and People Operations for initiative launches
- Track sentiment trends and compile reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement
