Fit-Out Construction Manager (F&B / Retail)
Job Description
Hands-on Fit-Out Construction Manager to lead and execute restaurant and retail fit-out projects for YABA Group, from site handover to opening. This is an on-site execution role. Manage full F&B fit-out execution from shell & core to handover. Coordinate fit-out contractors, MEP subcontractors, and mall management.
Responsibilities
- Manage full F&B fit-out execution
- Coordinate and control contractors and MEP subcontractors
- Ensure works follow approved drawings and mall guidelines
- Daily site supervision and reporting
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Verify material quality and workmanship
- Coordinate inspections and final handover
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in restaurant fit-out and retail
- Proven experience with food court or inline mall units
- Experience dealing with UAE malls and developers is mandatory
