Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrative professional to support both customer service operations and administrative functions in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process customer requests including orders, returns, and refunds
- Maintain and update customer records within CRM
- Prepare administrative reports
- Coordinate with internal departments
