Demand Planning Senior Specialist
Job Description
MediaMarkt Turkey is looking for a Demand Planning Senior Specialist to lead the monthly forecasting cycle, analyze sales data, and collaborate with category teams to optimize inventory and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation
- Lead the monthly demand planning and forecasting cycle
- Analyze monthly sales and forecast accuracy gaps
- Collaborate with Category Teams for promotions and product launches
- Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and availability
- Mentor junior demand planners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering departments (Industrial/Management Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of demand planning methodologies and S&OP
- Fluency in English (both written & spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills
