Entry-Level Administrative Assistant (Work From Home) Remote Operations Support
Job Description
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant (Remote / Work From Home) to help support and strengthen our daily operations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets. This role is designed for someone who enjoys structured work, clear routines, and staying organized while handling multiple small tasks that keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes. Your primary focus will be on organization, accuracy, and consistency. You’ll help the team by managing and updating spreadsheets, cleaning and validating records, tracking tasks from start to finish, organizing documents and notes, and making sure actions are properly documented.
Responsibilities
- Review spreadsheets and databases daily and update entries
- Standardize formatting across records
- Identify and remove duplicates, merge repeated records
- Confirm all required fields are filled in correctly
- Assist in sorting, labeling, and categorizing incoming requests
- Track progress until completion
- Prepare simple summaries at the end of each day
Qualifications
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs
- Basic written communication skills
- Stable internet connection
