Job Description
Develop and update the data management strategy to ensure alignment with national requirements and achieve optimal utilization of organizational data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update the data management strategy
- Develop data management policies and standards
- Monitor implementation of data governance and protection policies
- Oversee accuracy, completeness, and consistency of organizational data
- Implement data quality remediation processes
- Manage master and reference data
- Enable data sharing across departments
- Activate data classification and usage controls
- Implement internal awareness programs on data handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in data management
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
