Job Description
General administrative and reception support to client activities and requirements in a proactive manner. This role involves managing diaries, travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Manage calls and direct to concerned persons
- Order pantry and office supplies
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings
- Reserve conference rooms and set up conference calls
- Make travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation, lodging, visas)
- Process and monitor expenses using Concur
- Photocopy and scan documents
Qualifications
- Proficient in all software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous professional services sector experience
- High level organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
