Plant HR Administrator (Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
The Plant HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support within a manufacturing plant. This role encompasses administrative HR tasks, recruitment coordination, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Handle employee benefits administration (medical insurance, GOSI, WPS, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad)
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and training records
- Coordinate employee programs and recognition activities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain records for audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government portals (GOSI, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems
- Fluency in English required, Arabic is an advantage
