Job Description

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Manager - New Business to lead a team of Account Executives in our Saudi Arabia Commercial organisation. You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, developing top sales talent, and building a high-performing hunter culture. This includes coaching team members, leading pipeline reviews, and executing regional sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hunter Account Executives
  • Drive team to exceed new logo ARR targets
  • Achieve team quota attainment of 100%+ consistently
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and regular team meetings
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls
  • Hire top hunter talent and execute comprehensive onboarding
  • Execute regional sales strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams
  • 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement
  • Experience managing 5-10 direct reports
