Job Description
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Manager - New Business to lead a team of Account Executives in our Saudi Arabia Commercial organisation. You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, developing top sales talent, and building a high-performing hunter culture. This includes coaching team members, leading pipeline reviews, and executing regional sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of hunter Account Executives
- Drive team to exceed new logo ARR targets
- Achieve team quota attainment of 100%+ consistently
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and regular team meetings
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls
- Hire top hunter talent and execute comprehensive onboarding
- Execute regional sales strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams
- 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement
- Experience managing 5-10 direct reports
