Responsibilities
- Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department
- Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction
- Delivers on plans and objectives for initiatives and hotel targets
- Manages the food & beverage team
- Responsible for the departmental budget
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Delivers effective programmes for service standards and cost control
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food & beverage service
- Excellent managerial skills
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
