We are seeking a dedicated on-site, full-time Chef de Partie role in the cold section at our Baabda District facility. Key responsibilities include preparing, presenting, and managing cold dishes, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are upheld, maintaining inventory and minimizing waste, collaborating with the culinary team, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications
- Expertise in cold kitchen techniques, including plating, garnishing, and preparation of salads and hors d'oeuvres
- Experience in food hygiene, safety standards, and inventory management
- Skills in team collaboration, communication, time management, and problem-solving
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior kitchen staff in the cold section
- Culinary certification or equivalent professional training
- A passion for high-quality food and creative presentation
