Partnership Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Partnership Executive to join our GCC team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance our offerings. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities, contributing directly to Noon’s expansion in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with Noon’s strategic objectives
- Establish, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands, suppliers, and service providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure successful execution
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimize partnership strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
- Familiarity with the GCC market and business landscape is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
