Job Description
Responsible for managing and supporting the lifecycle of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Fintech partner integrations across Retail and Business Banking APIs. This role ensures secure and timely integration of third-party partners into the Bank's ecosystem, enabling new digital revenue streams through API-driven fintech partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end technical onboarding of BaaS/Fintech partners
- Facilitate and manage API testing and integration support
- Maintain partner onboarding trackers and test logs
- Liaise with Testing, Compliance and Operations teams
- Manage partner SLAs and incident response coordination
- Stay updated on UAE regulatory frameworks (CBUAE, UAEPASS, etc.)
Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8–10 years’ experience in banking or fintech
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations (Postman, REST/JSON)
- Familiarity with UAE Fintech regulatory landscape
