Demand Planning Manager
Job Description
Lead and oversee the end-to-end demand planning process across designated product categories and markets. Develop and enhance forecasts to support business objectives and steer the monthly S&OP cycle. Join Diageo, the world’s leading premium drinks company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end demand planning process
- Maintain short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts
- Steer monthly S&OP cycles with cross-functional teams
- Analyze historical data to drive forecast accuracy
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting inventory levels
- Deliver reports and presentations for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain
- In-depth understanding of S&OP processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English
