HS&E Lead
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Manager for a portfolio of mobility/railway projects in Saudi Arabia. Your role involves monitoring and validating the effective implementation of our project's Risk Control Strategy. This position is to be based at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Driving and implementing HS&E efforts on the project
- Planning and coordinating continuous improvement HSE actions
- Managing a team of HSE professionals
- Overseeing and reviewing HSE requirements of DB contractors
- Leading and updating HSE policies, plans, and procedures
- Developing Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPP’s)
- Investigating non-conformities and serious incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience on a heavy civils engineering project
- Experience leading a team of HS&E professionals
- NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, IRCA or equivalent
- Registered Lead Auditor
