Client Account Manager (Full-Time)
Job Description
Rose Marketing Solutions exists to help businesses with the planning, implementation, and measurement of their marketing efforts. We don’t believe one service fits all. Instead, we work to find unique solutions for our clients that are both effective and measurable.
Responsibilities
- Constant communication with clients
- Maintain and optimize clients' online presence (reviews, listings, social media, website)
- Assist with assembling monthly reporting data for clients
- Edit and post blog content
- Assist with planning and coordination for in-person client events
- Assist with special projects and audits for clients
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and resourceful with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter able to meet deadlines
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Experience with Google Suite, Asana, WordPress (Preferred)
- Experience with MacBooks and Apple programs (Preferred)
