Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, People – Technical Operations & Corporate Groups, the Director, Employee Relations is responsible for leading and executing the enterprise-wide Employee Relations (ER) strategy across U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee employee relations processes
  • Conduct, manage, and support employee relations cases and investigations
  • Partner with business leaders to identify trends and risks
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on performance management
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of ER cases
  • Lead training initiatives focused on employee relations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state labor and employment laws
  • Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations issues
