Human Resources Director
Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, People – Technical Operations & Corporate Groups, the Director, Employee Relations is responsible for leading and executing the enterprise-wide Employee Relations (ER) strategy across U.S. operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee employee relations processes
- Conduct, manage, and support employee relations cases and investigations
- Partner with business leaders to identify trends and risks
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on performance management
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of ER cases
- Lead training initiatives focused on employee relations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state labor and employment laws
- Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations issues
