Job Description
Motivated and results-driven Tele sales / Call Center Agent to promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards, through outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote credit cards.
- Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Generate leads and convert calls into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
