Job Description
Luxe Living Collection is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to handle administrative follow-ups, contract and tenancy renewals, compliance tracking, and basic HR paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on administrative and compliance items
- Manage tenancy contract renewals, insurances, and agreements
- Handle basic HR administrative paperwork (hiring documents, labor-related documents)
- Keep records, documentation, and files accurate and up to date
- Support daily office operations and internal coordination
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or operations experience in the UAE (Required)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with contracts and documents
- Experience in Holiday Homes, Real Estate, or Property Management (Preferred)
