People Business Partner
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join our organization and play a crucial role in supporting our Group CTO organization. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technology leaders to develop People strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor on performance management and talent development
- Identify and address talent gaps
- Analyse HR metrics and trends
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Technology Leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting Engineering or Technical teams
- Experience working with international teams
- Fluency in English
