Job Description
Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction to improve Petroapp customer retention rate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver system training for new clients
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Address customer complaints promptly
- Keep track of customer interactions in database
- Establish personal relationships with customers by regular follow-up
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Expertise (Excel formulas and data entry)
- Good command of English
