Network Infrastructure Manager
Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of large-scale, secure, and highly available network environments supporting critical ICT operations. The role requires strong strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven experience managing complex network infrastructure programs within large enterprise or public-sector environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic plans for enterprise network infrastructure aligned with business objectives
- Design high-level network architectures, standards, and governance frameworks
- Oversee large-scale network infrastructure projects
- Manage SLAs, vendor contracts, and service providers
- Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and network resilience initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud networking, SD-WAN, virtualization)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of network infrastructure experience, with 7+ years in a leadership role
- CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) – Mandatory
