Job Description
Lead a large-scale program to refresh critical radio systems in Algeria. Accountable for project objectives within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans using Primavera P6
- Track project budgets and financial commitments
- Lead communication with senior stakeholders
- Manage project-related recruitment and administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or IT
- 5+ years experience managing complex technology projects
- Full professional fluency in English and French
