Job Description
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing targets for quantity, quality, and timeliness are met. Located in Jidhafs, Bahrain.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate production line workers
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor output, scrap, and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years in a supervisory role
