Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to lead the development, customization, implementation, and ongoing support of ERPNext across multiple business functions. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise (Frappe/Python) and functional process understanding across HR, Finance, Inventory, and Operations. This position plays a critical role in driving our digital transformation roadmap, reducing dependency on external vendors, and enabling faster, high-quality ERP enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Customize and extend ERPNext modules using the Frappe Framework (Python, JavaScript, Jinja)
- Develop custom apps, DocTypes, workflows, scripts, and print formats
- Build dashboards, reports, and role-based views
- Gather requirements and map business processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, CRM, Projects, and Academics
- Manage ERPNext deployments, upgrades, bench operations, and database migrations
- Implement REST API integrations with third-party systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on ERPNext & Frappe experience
- Proven ERP implementation experience in medium to large organizations
