Sama is a B2B platform that enables employers to provide hyper-tailored development through unlimited professional coaching. As an Account Manager, you are instrumental in helping clients achieve their goals and maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to point of contact and advisor for clients
- Advise clients on people development strategy
- Onboard new customers and facilitate demos
- Monitor customer engagement and review data
- Identify and unlock upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Verbal and written native fluency in English
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Account Manager roles
- Experience with enterprise clients
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot preferred)
