Responsibilities

  • Become the go-to point of contact and advisor for clients
  • Advise clients on people development strategy
  • Onboard new customers and facilitate demos
  • Monitor customer engagement and review data
  • Identify and unlock upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • Verbal and written native fluency in English
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Account Manager roles
  • Experience with enterprise clients
  • Experience using CRM (HubSpot preferred)
