Client Services Coordinator
Job Description
Join the team as a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) and bring your healthcare expertise to the forefront. This role plays a vital part in assisting clients dealing with a variety of cancer diagnoses, providing essential support and navigating complex healthcare systems. This is a remote role requiring that you live and perform all work in the United States. You will work closely with clinicians and researchers as part of a dynamic team environment that combines innovation with compassionate care. The target base salary for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support and assess the clients’ care needs through direct communication
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers as a vital member of the client's care team
- Kick off client engagements from welcome email to registration completion
- Facilitate scheduling and billing support by collaborating with physician offices
- Coordinate services including concierge nursing and molecular profiling companies
- Take ownership of all details related to client meetings
- Partner with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes
Qualifications
- 1+ Year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment
- Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity
- Highly technologically adept
- College graduate strongly preferred (BA or BS)
