Marketing - Community Specialist
Job Description
The Community Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with members, creating an engaging atmosphere, and strengthening the boutique's community both in-person and online. The role focuses on member experience, retention, events, and brand engagement in the Fitness Boutique / Wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and visitors
- Create a welcoming and motivating community environment
- Organize member events, challenges, and social activities
- Engage with members through social media, messages, and in-club communication
- Collect feedback and share insights with management
- Support member retention and loyalty programs
- Promote classes, programs, and special offers
- Collaborate with trainers and staff to enhance member experience
- Represent the brand at local events and partnerships
- Support onboarding of new members
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Active presence on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- Creative mindset with good organizational skills
