System Analyst – Banner Functional
Job Description
The System Analyst - Banner Functional is responsible for supporting and optimizing Ellucian’s Banner software suite. This role involves analyzing business processes, implementing functional improvements, and providing support to end-users to enhance the institution's service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage functional administration of Banner ERP and related technologies
- Perform analysis, modeling, and prototyping for system enhancements
- Provide daily operational support for Banner systems
- Conduct business process modeling
- Develop and customize Banner reports
- Upload student data to external platforms like MOHE
- Design and maintain information systems and database structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience with ERP systems, specifically Ellucian Banner or Oracle EBS
- Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms and Reports Builder
