Area Sales Manager
Job Description
As Area Sales Manager for the CTS Division, you will lead a dynamic service sales team to new heights, driving growth in service contracts and advanced services across your territory. You will foster a culture of accountability and ownership, ensuring commitments are met and challenges are addressed proactively. By building strong, inclusive relationships within your team and with customers, you will create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration thrives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing service sales team
- Grow the service contract business and advanced services
- Build inclusive, trusting relationships across the team and with customers
- Personally manage significant service key accounts
- Provide marketing insights and explore innovative ways to strengthen Atlas Copco’s market position
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Plan and prioritize team activities to achieve business objectives
- Ensure timely responses to customer needs and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
- Upsell products and services, create campaigns, and generate new leads
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in industrial sales, ideally within the compressed air and service market
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an institute approved by the Saudi Engineers Council
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
