Oracle Retail Cloud (Functional / Techno Functional)
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants to support large-scale Oracle Retail implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, hands-on module expertise, and contribution across the full project lifecycle. International project exposure in Indonesia with fully sponsored visa and accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Support large-scale Oracle Retail implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives
- Conduct client workshops and supporting business process design
- Perform fit-gap analysis and functional design documentation
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain FRICEW objects
- Articulate technical and functional challenges and contribute to design decisions
- Mentor and manage onsite and offshore teams
Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of functional and/or technical experience in Oracle Retail
- Participation in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail implementation
- Hands-on experience with a minimum of two Oracle Retail modules (RMS, ReIM, ReSA, etc.)
- Functional: experience conducting workshops and supporting business process design
- Technical: Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, Shell scripting
