Black Tulip Flowers is seeking a male HR Executive with native Tamil proficiency. The role is based in Al Qusais, Dubai. The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.
Responsibilities
- To manage employee attendance
- To manage the Recruitment
- To manage insurance and claims
- To coordinate with the PRO for Visa processing
- To keep up-to-date employees' data in HRIS (OASYS system)
- To manage tickets and hotel reservations
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' work experience in HR Assistant / Executive role in the UAE
- Must have excellent command over MS Office Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Native Tamil proficiency
- Male candidate
