Job Description
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions that solve complex, real-world business challenges. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in bringing machine learning models from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering
- Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to ML engineering best practices
- Deploy machine learning models into production and monitor their performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical methods
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
