- Review resumes and credentials to ensure candidates meet required skills.
- Foster strong working relationships with BAE leaders and HR team members.

- Resume Screening: Review resumes and credentials
- Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with leaders and HR
- Candidate Experience: Provide candidates with comprehensive information
- Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend and negotiate offers
- Recruiting Trends: Stay up-to-date on latest trends
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national level
- Knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components
- Experience recruiting in a DOD or similar environment
- Ability to travel as required
